Skibo celebrates multiple business wins
Aberdeen-based IT services player sets up six-figure business pipeline with latest success
Scottish IT services player Skibo Technologies is celebrating after winning a series of business deals that will boost its coffers by more than £100,000.
The Aberdeen-based Cisco and Microsoft Gold partner's wins include two with energy industry clients, one of which has just moved from a base in London to new headquarters in Aberdeen.
It has also been picked by Hardy Oil and Gas to manage its office relocation, which involves moving the firm's entire IT system to new premises in the city centre and providing IT support.
Finally, the firm has extended a contract with Survival Craft Inspectorate. Initially engaged to install a new server and migrate the firm's email system to Microsoft Office 365, Skibo has now signed an ongoing contract with the firm for ICT support services.
Holly Paterson, sales manager at Skibo, said: "Skibo Technologies has grown its customer base over the past 12 months, and continues to deliver services both in Aberdeen and other locations worldwide.
"We have worked with customers in the energy sector ever since we launched and have an in-depth understanding of the needs of the industry and how to meet those demands. It is as a result of this proven track record we were recommended to Hardy Oil and Gas to manage the relocation, as well as the ongoing provision of ICT management services “
"As Skibo’s customer base has developed, so too has the range of services that we provide. We continually strive to further improve our breadth and depth of technical knowledge and resources, and invest heavily in staff training to strengthen skills, particularly in relation to project management.”
