Five stars promoted to Comms-care management galaxy
Third-party services player boosts executive line-up with quintuple appointment
Support services specialist Comms-care has promoted a quintet of employees to management roles as it looks to kick on with ambitious growth plans.
Joey Ghader and Pete Murphy have both been moved up to sales manager roles, while Rachel Mander becomes services desk manager and Neil Bryers is promoted to HR manager. Matt Long takes on a new position as head of technical services.
The fivesome will join existing leaders Ewan Conlon, head of service delivery; and James Alexander, finance manager, and will report directly to the Comms-care board. (All seven are pictured left.)
Last year the Cheshire-based firm celebrated its tenth birthday and moved to swish new headquarters in Northwich. Having grown into a £13m operation, the company announced in October that it is looking to recruit an additional 25 engineers to its team.
Managing director Ben Davies said: "As Comms-care continues to grow, it is important to have a focused and solid management structure that forms the foundations for future growth. These additions to the management team ensure that all areas of the business are represented and that the day-to-day operations of the organisation are pulling in the same direction and not in individual silos."
