Channel Telecom dons bras for charity walk

A team of men and women from telecoms services firm is in training for the MoonWalk in May

Normal business attire is definitely not the way forward for the intrepid MoonWalkers at Channel Telecom.

A group of people from the firm – including some brave men – will be donning bras to walk the 26.2 mile route through central London with 15,000 other walkers.

This year there is a sci-fi theme for the event, which starts at midnight at Battersea Power Station.

Vicki Antoniou, partner account manager at Channel Telecom said, “It is a truly inspirational event to see all the women in their bras. Walking through the city and seeing the dawn break over the London Eye and Houses of Parliament is worth the training and hard work because it’s such an amazing sight, and we raise a lot of money for a good cause.

Last year the Channel Telecom team and friends raised more than £5,000 in sponsorship and this year we’re aiming to top that.”
