Daisy Group ups its resources

Firm launches a perk-filled Resource Centre aimed at its SMB customers

Daisy Group plans to offer its customers free advice and support with the launch of a dedicated Resource Centre.

The centre will sit at the heart of Daisy’s main website and offer a range of tools and support aimed at filling a knowledge and information gap for SMBs that the firm has identified.

This includes free white papers, guides and video tutorials, access to Daisy research and an ‘Ask an Expert’ feature.

Kate O’Brien, group marketing director at Daisy, said: “Small to medium-sized organisations are the key to the UK’s business growth and are the ones that are helping drive the economic recovery.

“The tools they use to manage their business communications, from websites and handsets, all the way through to storing customer data, are critical for them.

“These communications tools have become a necessity that allows businesses to provide the best possible service, attract new customers and drive business growth while providing a return on the very technology they choose to invest in.” She said the centre is aimed at all businesses, whether they are Daisy customers or not.

“As a central hub, it means owners don’t have to spend valuable business hours hunting out or paying to access support or information on how technology can benefit their business. As a business-focussed organisation it was important to us that we put all our available expertise and research at the disposal of this incredibly influential and important community.”
