Enta aims for tablet success with new vendor duo

Distributor adds tactile devices from DGM and Mobinote to Fujitsu hybrid model

Distributor Entatech has jumped with both feet into the tablet space with the addition of models from new vendor signings Mobinote and DGM to its portfolio.

The new duo will join the Fujitsu Stylistic Q702 – a hybrid notebook/tablet device – in Enta's mobility portfolio. DGM has a range of seven- and 10-inch tablets (pictured) powered by Android's Jelly Bean operating system.

Mobinote produces a miniature five-inch device, which Enta characterises as "suitable for all ages". The tablet comes with 4GB of internal storage and a Cortex-A8 processor.

Dean Langford, electronics manager at Entatech, claimed the distributor has already had a "fantastic response from customers" to its tablet portfolio.

"As a distributor, it is vital that we keep our portfolio up to date with products that are in demand, and keep in line with the latest trends and technologies," he added. "The tablet market is one of the largest and fastest-growing in our industry and I'm more than confident that this launch will be welcomed by our resellers who will benefit from the potential in growing their profit and customer base."
