Azlan signs on dotted line with IP Trade
Pan-European agreement gives VARS access to full range of vendor's Cisco-certified collaboration software
Azlan is expanding its reach into the real-time comms and collaboration space following a pan-European partnership with IP Trade.
The deal extends an existing partnership between parent company Tech Data and IP Trade in the US, and will give Azlan's VAR base access to the full range of IP Trade's Cisco-certified collaboration software for financial services and other vertical markets.
IP Trade's real-time applications are fully certified for use with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and are frequently integrated with Cisco technology as part of a complete comms offering.
Mark Wheeler, director of the Cisco business unit UK and Ireland at Azlan, said: "The agreement with IP Trade means that Azlan can now offer a complete portfolio of Cisco-based unified communications and collaboration solutions for high-capacity, mission-critical environments, such as financial trading floors and command and control, customer service and call centres.
"Cisco Partners can now come to Azlan for all the elements required for these solutions and also take advantage of the pre-sales advice, technical support and professional services that we also offer to our partners to extend their value-added proposition to customers and develop new business opportunities.”
Benoit Dewonck, global head of sales and co-founder of IP Trade, added: "IP Trade serves a global customer base with demanding communications needs across many vertical markets. We have been impressed with Tech Data’s capabilities in the US and by extending our relationship into Europe with Azlan, we are able to give our partners access to IP Trade solutions alongside Azlan’s broad unified communications and collaboration portfolio and value-added services.
"This gives our partners more flexibility and choice and will enhance their ability to respond to customer needs and compete for – and win – new business.”
