True Colours adds Mersive visual computing software
Midwich's technical arm teams up with US vendor of audiovisual apps for monitors and projectors
Audiovisual display software maker Mersive is to expand its channel in the UK via True Colours.
Iain Campbell, director at True Colours, said the distributor is joining Mersive's partner programme as part of the deal.
"This further reinforces our belief in the convergence of AV and IT, supported by the addition of Sol and Solstice to our offerings. Mersive is known for producing innovative and affordable visual computing software," Campbell said.
Rob Balgley, chief executive at Mersive, said True Colours has an excellent track record.
"Mersive can bring the power of software-based displays and BYOD-mandated wireless collaboration," he said.
Sol software is about auto-calibration and alignment of multi-projector displays. Solstice software enables multiple users to connect, share and control a display simultaneously from their mobile phone, tablet or computer.
