F5 Networks waves goodbye to UK sales boss Travers

Andy Travers set to pursue other opportunities after a four-and-a-half-year stint at the vendor

F5 Networks' vice president for sales Andy Travers has decided to stand down from his role, the company confirmed.

Travers has held this post for the last two and a half years, having led the region as its managing director for two years before that.

It is unclear when Travers is set to leave the role and who will be brought in to replace him.

In a statement, F5 said: "After four and a half successful years at F5, Andy has decided to leave the company to pursue other opportunities."

Before joining the firm in 2009, Travers held channel and sales roles at Juniper.
