GNR solves Jigsaw24's analytics puzzle

Channel-focused analytics house helps VAR make the most of its data

GNR Advanced Analytics has won a five-figure deal with Nottingham-based reseller Jigsaw24 to help it make the most of its customer data mountain.

The firm, which was set up earlier this year by former VIP man Dave Stevinson, claims demand for data analytics is growing among channel firms.

“There is an increasing appetite for analytics among resellers, distributors and vendors," said Stevinson. "The smartest firms are embracing these changes early and making better decisions as a result, as well as making more money.

“Jigsaw is an early adopter in this space, and had five or six disparate systems before, all producing data, which on an individual basis made sense, but was difficult to bring together. The real value in that data comes from having a holistic view, which is what having data analytics can do.

“We are confident Jigsaw24 will see their investment returned twice over in six months,” he said.

Neil Box, head of software development at Jigsaw24, said: “GNR has enabled Jigsaw24 to have immediate answers to some of our biggest data challenges and will enable Jigsaw24 to link multiple disparate legacy systems into one super respondent consolidated platform."
