Micro-P bigs up its Ultimate Incentive Scheme
Sweeteners include a group trip to Paris and a Christmas shopping trip to New York
Distributor Micro-P is hoping to boost sales by offering its reseller base a tempting range of prizes under its Ultimate Incentive scheme.
The firm has added more Nokia handsets and is set to unveil additional products over the rest of the year as it looks to encourage its resellers to win big.
Prizes already won include a trip to Richard Branson's Necker Island and a holiday to Cape Town.
Other prizes on offer include a chefs table at Claridges and five star overnight accommodation in London for six people, an overnight team trip at the Mere Golf and Country Club in Manchester, an overnight visit to Paris for 10 people including dinner at the top of the Eiffel Tower, or three nights in New York for eight people Christmas shopping. Another top prize includes three nights' five star accommodation in Mauritius for 18 people.
According to the distributor, account managers will meet resellers to discuss which prizes they want to aim for, and work out targets and ways to achieve the goals.
Simon Woodman (pictured right), mobile director at Micro-P, stated: "These once in a lifetime holidays and experiences are usually only won by business owners. With our extended Ultimate Incentive, these trips are now open to resellers and dealers large and small to use as they see fit, to incentivise their staff to stay focused and motivated throughout the year with our value-added approach.
"This incentive has already provided incremental business and increased Nokia sales for our partners and ourselves since its launch in October last year. It is also helping to create more value around Nokia purchases. We are always focused on the growth of our partners, as when they grow through the use of our knowledge and resources, we grow too," he added.
