e92plus gets in on load balancing act with JetNexus signing
UK-based ADC vendor charges security distie with helping to build out channel
UK-based application delivery controller (ADC) player JetNexus is looking to kick-start its channel growth plans with the addition of e92plus as a distribution partner.
The Surbiton-based VAD will be looking to bring in about 20 partners to sell the vendor's wares. Mukesh Gupta, managing director of e92plus, claimed that he had been looking to add a load balancing product to his company's kitbag for some time, and that JetNexus can compete effectively against bigger-brand rivals on both technological clout and price.
"The resources that [the UK channel] gets from US or other overseas-based vendors can be very limited," he added. "[JetNexus] being British and having all the investment and the team here is a really great advantage for resellers."
Richard South, UK sales manager for the Marlow-headquartered manufacturer, revealed that for a limited time, VARs can avail themselves of a free one-day training course to get techies up to speed on JetNexus' kit.
"E92plus are a value-added distie with a strong technical team; they will be helping us to build the market," he added. "We did not want to be just another product a million miles down a massive long list. We are trying to recruit the right partners."
