Westcoast auctions tech dress for charity

Distributor hopes to raise sizeable amount for Great Ormond Street Hospital with latest fashion creation

Looking for a new Channel Awards outfit?

This dress, designed by Reading fashion designer Lyndsey Clark, has been created by Westcoast with the help of some of its vendor partners as part of its 'Accessorise with Westcoast' campaign. It could be the perfect outfit for the biggest party of the year in November.

The Theale-based distributor is hoping to raise shedloads of cash for Great Ormond Street Hospital, but needs people to start bidding on the creation before time runs out.

For those wearable tech geeks the outfit includes a 3M privacy filter fascinator, a Fellowes mouse mat, Microsoft hardware, a Sweex MP3 bracelet, a Targus clutch and the crowning glory, a Transcend USB necklace and earrings set.

And if the lucky buyer has other black tie events to go to, the dress will even be delivered between Friday 20 September and Monday 23 September free of charge.
