Redstone PLC rebrands as Castleton Technology
From tomorrow, London-listed entity will be known as Castleton Technology
The business that has borne the Redstone name for many years will have a new moniker from tomorrow after it held a company general meeting.
As revealed earlier this month, the firm will now be known as Castleton Technology.
Effective from tomorrow, the firm's Stock Exchange symbol will be CTP, with its RED ticker symbol vanishing from the London list.
"The company has now completed the disposal of its ICT infrastructure, datacentre and smart building solutions business Comunica Holdings Ltd to Coms plc," said the statement.
"Furthermore, the change of company name to Castleton Technology was also approved. The name change is now effective following the issue of the certificate of incorporation on change of name by the Registrar of Companies," it added.
Coms plc has thus far indicated that it intends to keep the Redstone Converged Solutions sobriquet as a trading name.
