CloudSense opens New York office
US location boosts global cloud integrator expansion with external investment
UK cloud integrator and services provider CloudSense is opening a US office on the Avenue of the Americas in New York.
Richard Britton, chief executive of CloudSense, said the four-year-old firm has always had an eye on the US market.
"We now have customers using our software in 30 countries around the world, including a number in the US. We have a strong presence across Europe and now is the right time to have a permanent presence in the US," Britton said.
He added that the New York operation will be managed by Rowley Douglas as executive vice president for North America, and backed by London investor Hawk Investment Holdings.
The Salesforce.com reseller, whose main focus is an offering for cloud-based order management, also has offices in London, Leeds and Zagreb.
According to its website, CloudSense currently has vacancies in sales, pre-sales and consultancy.
