Corero looks to tweak channel with new EMEA sales boss

Adrian Bisaz tasked with enhancing security vendor's channel programme and boosting sales

Security vendor Corero has enlisted a new EMEA sales boss in the hope of developing its channel strategy and boosting sales across the region.

Adrian Bisaz joins the firm from Swiss telecoms firm Swisscom where he established a new mobile offering for business customers, and before that he spent ten years at New Market Ventures.

In his new role, he is tasked with developing the vendor's channel programme and growing the business across EMEA. He will be based in Switzerland in his new role but Corero said his fluency in Germa,n French and English will be an excellent advantage when supporting partners across the region.

Corero's senior vice president for global sales David Ahee said that the new hire will be a huge asset to the company.

"Adrian has a proven track record in sales and business development within IT and networking and will be a real asset to Corero as we continue to protect private and public organisations from cyber-attacks," he said.

"[We] believe that with his skills and significant expertise he will continue to drive Corero's First Line of Defence solutions across EMEA, and within the channel."
