Insight waves off another senior director
EMEA director of product management James Baker leaves to pursue other opportunities
Another top exec at Insight UK has left the firm, the VAR has confirmed.
James Baker, Insight's director of product management, "resigned on his own terms to seek an opportunity elsewhere", the reseller confirmed.
Last April, Baker took on responsibility for Insight's cloud and web teams during a rejig which saw its former cloud director Mark Green leave as well as the return of UK boss Emma de Sousa who returned from maternity leave.
According to his LinkedIn page, Baker worked at Insight for nearly four years after holding positions at Symantec and Equanet.
Over the last 12 months, Insight's senior management team has undergone big changes, with EMEA president Stuart Fenton leaving the company, with a string of other execs following him through the exit door.
Last November sales director Tony Brooker and IT services director Tom Nesbit left the firm along with Frank Bitoun, vice president for global sales, Ashley Gatehouse, vice president for EMEA marketing and Gary Butters, UK enterprise sales director.
The start of this month saw the arrival of Wolfgang Ebermann who replaced Stuart Fenton.
