Channel quartet on track with £80m TfL deal
CSC, Computacenter, Insight, and Probrand swipe contract to provide ICT and services to London's transport network
A quartet of channel players have won a spot on a framework worth a potential £100m to provide IT kit and services to Transport for London (TfL).
The capital's transport body issued a contract notice in December looking for suppliers of hardware, software, and services. The framework agreement has now been inked, with Probrand, Insight, Computacenter, and CSC making the cut. The contract runs for an initial two years, with two optional one-year extensions.
The contract award notice states: "This framework is for the supply of ICT hardware, software and associated services, including, but not limited to, hardware products, software products and licences, printers, display screen equipment specialist equipment, ICT consumables and associated services including but not limited to product specific implementation, installation, training, and consultancy services related to the products."
