Adept4 positions for growth
IT consultancy plots further expansion as it grows headcount
Adept4is is gearing up for growth and has made a number of new appointments across its three geographical sites.
The Daresbury-headquartered firm – which claims it is on track for 30 per cent growth for the fourth year running – has more than doubled its headcount over the last 18 months.
It has both promoted internally and taken on new staff as it continues to grow across its offices in Cheshire, London and Aberdeen.
David Rawlinson has been promoted to director of client services with the task of monitoring delivery, profitability and client services.
Peter Birkett, chief executive of adept4, said: “We’re delighted to be promoting David to this vital role in the business. He’s a highly capable member of the team and an experienced pair of hands and we’re looking forward to seeing him grow and develop this area of the company.
“Excellent customer service delivery is a critical part of the work we do. We’re absolutely committed to delivering an outstanding experience while continuing on our journey of growth and expansion, so having the right team in place is imperative.”
In addition the company has appointed Dave Brown as software services manager, reporting to Rawlinson, and has also appointed Ashley Rudd, who joins the firm from Marks & Spencer, as marketing coordinator to raise the firm’s brand profile.
Birkett added: “In a business landscape where there is a looming skills gap, we have been fortunate enough to have made a number of great hires in recent weeks. Our new starters will no doubt have an invigorating and positive effect on their elements of the business.”
