Northamber and Rosetta Stone speaking same language
Distributor inks pact with language-learning brand as part of retail and education assault
Visitors to Northamber's website can now purchase French language courses alongside their PCs, software and peripherals courtesy of its pact with Rosetta Stone.
The broadliner has inked a distribution contract with the premium language-learning software brand as it pushes deeper into the education and retail verticals.
On its website, Northamber is already offering a number of Rosetta Stone courses, including foundation courses in French and Italian, for £179.
Alex Phillips, director of strategy at Northamber, said he was thrilled to be partnering with the vendor, which claims to have reached a global audience of nine million.
"The product fits very well with our strategy of a renewed focus on education and retail via our dedicated teams," he said.
"The addition to our product line-up further enhances our proposition to customers within both verticals ahead of peak season and running into public sector peak next year."
Luis Ribero, retail business development manager at Rosetta Stone, said: "Rosetta Stone is delighted to make our language-learning solutions available to all customers at Northamber, the longest-established trade-only distributor of IT equipment in the UK."
