Exertis VAD Solutions follows Cloudpath to success

Distributor says latest vendor signing can help resellers tackle their customers' BYOD challenges

Exertis VAD Solutions has unveiled automated device enablement vendor Cloudpath Networks as its latest vendor signing.

The distributor, the specialist arm of broadliner Exertis, said Cloudpath's device enablement and onboarding solutions will hand its resellers a simple solution to address their customers' BYOD challenges.

Exertis VAD Solutions will offer partners support throughout the sales cycle to help them promote Cloudpath's secure WiFi solution, according to managing director Grahame Smee.

"Our professional services can help resellers working with large enterprises drive new revenue opportunities for their businesses and open up new markets for Cloudpath's solution," said Smee.

The partnership builds on Cloudpath's existing distribution network in the UK - where it works with Siracom - Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Ireland.

Exertis VAD Solutions only came into being in April when parent Exertis united its two security VAD businesses - Cohort and Tekdata - with its UC systems team in Altham.
