Misco among resellers to supply buying group ESPO

Misco is among a handful of resellers to have been awarded a place on a £1m PC accessories deal.

Buying group ESPO's Computer Consumables contract tendered for a range of kit including keyboards, PC mice, storage devices, computer carry cases and other accessories.

ESPO is a public sector-owned professional buying group owned by councils in Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Peterborough which has been running since 1981.

Misco, Durable, Fellowes, Highlander Computing Solutions, Hills Components and PMD Magnetics Supplies Team were awarded a place on the framework, which will be worth between £800,000 and £1m. Firms were picked mainly on the price they could offer but other factors were also taken into consideration, EPSO said in a contract-award notice.
