Exertis extends partnership with printer maker Oki
Distie signs deal to become an Oki Executives Series (ES) distributor
Exertis has today announced an extension to its partnership with printer maker Oki, to become an Oki Executives Series distributor.
The deal will give Exertis access to Oki's Executive Series (ES) range of LED printers and multifunction printers (MFPs), which include A3 and A4 colour printers, and A3 and A4 MFPs. Exertis claims the deal will give Oki access to more resellers.
Under the agreement, Exertis resellers will be given lead generation, "generous commercial terms" and free engineer courses, to give partners technical knowledge of the Oki ES range. Resellers will also have trial devices which they can loan.
Speaking about the announcement, Jamie Brothwell, print general manager at Exertis, said: "Oki has been an Exertis partner for over 10 years and with the new addition of the ES range we believe this represents a great opportunity for both parties.
"At Exertis, we have invested greatly in complementary support and services in addition to the supply of consumables via Exertis Advent. Therefore, I am excited by this appointment."
News of the partnership extension comes after Exertis gained access to Lenovo's full range of server and storage products, it was reported last month.
