Snap! Integrity Solutions rebrands on tenth birthday
Ambitious Anglo-Irish VAR said fact other similar firms in Europe shared its name prompted quest for new identity
Anglo-Irish security VAR Integrity Solutions has rebranded as Integrity360 amid concerns its name was shared by too many other firms and no longer reflected what it does.
The introduction of the new identity comes 10 years after Integrity was founded and three years after it expanded into the UK. The Check Point, F5 Networks and Splunk partner now has 130 staff, including nearly 20 in the UK, and is currently looking to hire another 30 heads across the two countries.
It confirmed the rebrand in a letter to staff and partners today.
"While the Integrity Solutions brand has served us well this far, we feel that it no longer truly reflects who we are and what we do," chief executive Eoin Goulding wrote.
"This new, fresh and dynamic name reflects the complete security service that we offer while still linking us to our former identity."
Talking to CRN, UK country manager Mark Evans added that the name Integrity Solutions is used by similar firms elsewhere in Europe and the world – a potential snag as it revs up its international expansion plans.
"We've met some [other Integrity Solutions] doing similar things in IT security or networking, which raised concerns for us to have an identity people know," he explained.
"We have customers on the east coast of the US and numerous global customers due to the services we provide. We are now managing devices in over 60 countries and we want to expand further."
