Cygnia high-fives Check Point as sales boom
Security VAR attributes 25 per cent sales hike to strong growth with Check Point
Security VAR Cygnia has maintained its growth spurt after ringing up £5m sales in the first six months of 2015.
The Birmingham-based Check Point partner, which was founded in 2007, claims revenues zoomed up 25 per cent year on year to £5m in the six months to 30 June 2015, more than revenues for the whole of 2012.
The reseller, which also works with vendors including Trustwave and Kaspersky, has just taken delivery of an extension to its current offices in Oldbury that will double floorspace.
Cygnia managing director John Busfield attributed the growth to "excellent customer retention" as well as its professional services.
"The strong growth has been seen across all our main vendor relationships but in particular Check Point, with whom we have an excellent working relationship and who continue to add new solutions to their already very strong portfolio," Busfield added.
"We continue to look to expand both our sales and technical teams with local Midlands-based talent."
