NG Bailey gets gold star from Cisco

Fresh from breaking £60m turnover barrier, IT services arm gets nod on customer satisfaction

NG Bailey's IT Services arm has become the latest Cisco Gold partner to be recognised for its customer satisfaction "excellence".

A gold star has now been added to NG Bailey IT Services' listing on the Cisco partner locator, a distinction only 13 of the other 33 Gold partners can claim.

The designation recognises partners' ability to deliver "outstanding customer service to customers in the UK", NG Bailey said. It is based on a partner's pre- and post-sales support over a rolling 12-month period.

The accolade came after NG Bailey's annual results revealed a seven per cent rise in turnover to £60m at its IT services arm.

Indi Sall, technical director for the division, said: "We are delighted to have achieved the highest Cisco accolade in this field once again as it reflects our ongoing work to deliver true customer satisfaction.

"This is the sixth accreditation we have received from Cisco, with the win following accolades for Advanced Data Centre Architecture Specialisation, Advanced Enterprise Networks Architecture Specialisation, Advanced Security Architecture Specialisation and Advanced Collaboration Architecture."
