Ingram Micro extends Microsoft CSP promotion
Distie's 'CSP Accelerator' offers partners financial incentives, end-user support and billing solutions until end of December
Distributor Ingram Micro announced that its CSP Accelerator promotion has been extended to the end of the year due to high demand from the channel.
The promotion - which was launched in the US in August, then globally in September - offers partners an unlimited number of 30-day free trials on products in Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) programme, as well as free end-user support.
Offerings available for a free trial include Office 365 and all its add-ons, and Microsoft's Enterprise Mobility Suite.
Any new Microsoft CSP subscriptions, or existing Microsoft Advisor or Microsoft Open subscriptions that have been moved over to CSP plans, are also eligible for the promotion.
Ingram has extended the availability of the offer until 31 December following high demand from partners, with the distributor saying the promotion would boost the success of their cloud solutions and increase their margins related to cloud.
The offer is available to partners on its Cloud Elevate channel programme, in Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the US, and is designed to drive Microsoft CSP sales.
Renee Bergeron, vice president of global cloud computing at Ingram Micro, said:
“We have observed that many partners want to take advantage of the benefits of CSP, but are challenged to transform their business model quickly.
“Our CSP Accelerator promotion facilitates the business transformation process by offering support and billing solutions that allow our partners to easily transition to the CSP programme.”
Microsoft’s director of cloud sales, Peter Davidson, added: “This full service offering is a huge potential benefit to partners and in turn, to all their end users.”
