TIG moves into bigger digs
The VAR reports moving to new offices in Watford to support continued growth
VAR and MSP The Internet Group (TIG) has announced it will be relocating to new offices in the heart of Watford’s business district.
The VMware and Microsoft partner has said that the move will support the growth it has experienced over the last 12-months.
Local Watford MP Richard Harrington has welcomed the company – which was previously based in Finchley – saying that TIG will offer the area new employment opportunities and help with economic growth.
“It is fantastic that TIG is moving to Watford after expanding in recent months,” he said. “I am always so pleased when new companies move to our area creating jobs and further economic growth.”
TIG’s chief executive Des Lekerman joined the company in 2013, working alongside chief operating officer Adam Maurice, who departed the business in June of this year.
Lekerman expressed his thanks to the MP and claimed that the relocation is part of TIG’s efforts to secure the future of its employees, customers and suppliers.
“We are building our business on a solid foundation, securing a long term future for our employees, customers and suppliers. I am very proud to be a part of the TIG team and we will continue to innovate and deliver.
“I would like to thank our strategic partners, Microsoft, VMware, Asigra, Amazon, Interxion, 6 Degrees and Centrify for their continued support in our business growth,” Lekerman concluded.
