Enjoy!

You know you worked in the channel in 2015 when...

- You read all the reports about who was rumoured to buy EMC - none of which mentioned Dell

- You wondered what was wrong with the name "Windows 9"

- Most vendor presentations you listened to mentioned Uber, Airbnb or Netflix

- When you hear the word ‘unicorn' it makes you think of successful software start-ups, not a horned, mythical horse

- You know that Softcat is an IT reseller - and not a retailer of pet food, toys and cat litter

- Uptown Funk was used as the tune to gee up the audience for multiple vendor conferences you attended

- You looked on with horror when massive brands fell victim to cyber attacks

- You understood the importance of Safe Harbour, but were never really quite sure of the ins and outs of it

- You bought some kind of wearable device to keep up with your colleagues...

... but then wondered why you really need to track your heart beat in real time

- You had to suppress the urge to explain to your friends down the pub that cloud computing is actually all about elasticity and scalability and isn't just ‘the internet'

- You've heard the term ‘pipeline growth' so many times, it no longer conjures up a horrible image

- You checked the price of the euro and the US dollar at least twice a day

- You loved Rob Brydon's singing at the Channel Awards...

... but the day after the Awards was a complete write off

- You rooted for former HP boss Carly Fiorna in her verbal battles with Donald Trump

- You were a bit gutted HP decided to name its new company Hewlett Packard Enterprise because it is a bit of a mouthful
