Proact's UK MD Clark crowned group CEO

B2net man Clark takes over at the top from Martin Ödman

Proact has promoted its UK managing director Jason Clark to the role of CEO of the whole company.

From today, Clark will run the entire Swedish-headquartered reseller, which has offices across Europe.

Clark has been in charge of Proact UK since it acquired B2net - where he was CEO - in 2011 and will now take on the duties of former group CEO Martin Ödman, who was in charge for three years.

In a statement, Proact said Clark is the right man for the job.

"Jason Clark has extensive experience in the IT industry and in recent years organically built a profitable and efficient datacentre/cloud operation with related services alongside the traditional sales of IT systems.

"The board is convinced that Jason Clark - with his expertise, experience and dedication - has good potential, together with Proact's talented employees, to offer our customers the best IT solutions and at the same time satisfy the owners' requirements for profitability."
