OneLogin appoints Cloud Distribution as it moves fully into channel

Identity management vendor to do all future business in the channel as it appoints cloud distribution as sole distributor in UK

Identity management vendor OneLogin has appointed Cloud Distribution as its sole distributor in the UK as it moves 100 per cent of its business into the channel.

The cloud-based vendor previously had 90 per cent of its business through direct sales, and only worked with a few partners including Softcat and Bridgeway Security Solutions.

California-based OneLogin was founded in 2010 and claim to simplify identity management with one-click access.

Adam Davison, sales and marketing director at Cloud Distribution (pictured), said: "With the transition enterprises are making into the cloud, I think a lot of people are struggling now with multiple log-ins for multiple portals.

"They are looking for something that will be secure, easy to use and easy to deploy and manage. We did our due diligence with a number of vendors and we felt that OneLogin were best suited to address those needs for the end user."

Davison said that Cloud Distribution aims to recruit eight to ten resellers for OneLogin in the next six to eight weeks.

He explained: "We see the opportunity initially for partners who are heavily involved in promoting or doing professional services in Microsoft and Office 365, Google App partners, mobile security partners and enterprise security partners.

"There is a massive opportunity for partners that want to come on board right now. There is an existing business which they can work with and there are a number of marketing tools that we are developing that can help those partners develop new incremental revenue opportunities for themselves."
