Centerprise International has acquired a 55 per cent stake in Berkshire-based MSP 23 Technology.
The acquisition, which follows a strategic partnership between the pair, will provide extra service solutions for clients in the UK and Europe, according to Centerprise chairman Rafi Razzak.
Based in Hampshire, Centerprise specialises in public sector services and system building, delivering IT solutions across the defence, education, government and healthcare sectors.
"Our financial strength, geographic reach and extensive customer base will allow 23 Technology greater access to complex digital transformation projects and enterprise-scale managed ICT service contracts," Razzak said.
Founded in 2012, 23 Technology designs and integrates virtual and cloud platforms for enterprises in sectors including business and education.
The integration of the two businesses is expected to be completed by the end October next year, with the 23 Technology brand staying in place.
Paul Foster, managing partner at 23 Technology, said: "The combination of Centerprise with our dynamic professional services team will provide our clients with an enhanced portfolio of technical resource and capacity to deliver high performance ICT solutions, efficient virtualised technology, secure cloud and mobile computing platforms.
"This partnership will add further momentum to the company's strategic growth plans and significantly increase our managed services revenue in the years ahead."
Centerprise recently launched a dedicated distribution arm, Ci Distribution, with a new office set up in Telford.
In its most recent full accounts on Companies House Centerprise International Holdings reported £60.4m turnover for the year ending 31 August 2015.
