Check Point welcomes back Nick Lowe

Lowe rejoins Check Point as regional director for northern Europe after leaving in 2011

Nick Lowe has rejoined Check Point as regional director for northern Europe, five years after leaving to take a job at AppSense.

Lowe (pictured) will be responsible for sales and the partner communities in UK, Ireland and northern Europe on his return to the vendor - the same role he had during his previous stint between May 2003 and September 2011.

Lowe spent three years at AppSense as general manager for EMEA, before leaving for security start-up Silicon:SAFE in July 2015 where he was CEO until December.

On Lowe's return, Check Point European vice president Bruno Darmon said: "We're very pleased to welcome Nick back to Check Point.

"His wealth of experience in enterprise management, business development and sales leadership, and his in-depth knowledge of Check Point's solutions, channel and strategy will be a key factor in driving the next stage of growth in northern Europe, both for us and our partners.

"He knows exactly what is needed to help make the most of both new and existing business opportunities."
