Cisilion becomes collaboration Master
London-based outfit one of only eight Cisco partners to attain top-level badge
Cisilion has achieved a Master Collaboration Specialisation with Cisco, making it one of only eight partners to hold the top-level badge.
The firm, which has offices in Leatherhead and London's Heron Tower (pictured), said earning the distinction is the culmination of over 1,000 hours of work.
To gain the badge, partners must first attain Cisco's Advanced Collaboration Specialisation, and jump through a number of other hoops, including providing customer references.
According to Cisco's partner locator, there are seven other UK Collaboration Masters, namely Natilik, Logicalis, Kcom, Dimension Data, Nowcomm, Cisilion, BT and avsnet.
Those holding Cisco's other two Master badges, namely for security and cloud building, are even thinner on the ground (BT for the former and ANS, BT and Dimension Data for the latter).
Alex Hooper, chief technology officer at Cisilion, stated: "With only eight UK partners out of thousands with the Master Collaboration Specialisation, this is a real differentiator for us and demonstrates why Cisilion is the go-to partner for next generation collaboration solutions.
"This certification is the culmination of over 1,000 hours of hard work and preparation by everyone at Cisilion, from sales and presales, to delivery, the service desk and all our business functions to deliver end to end projects for our customers."
Angela Whitty, managing director at Cisco UK & I Partner Organisation, added: "The Cisco Master Collaboration is Cisco's highest level of Partner specialisation for the Cisco Collaboration portfolio. For Cisilion to achieve this specialisation is testament to their expertise and execution. What a fantastic achievement, well done to the whole Cisilion team"
