'Europe's largest NetSuite partner' formed after UK acquisition

Merger creates NetSuite specialist with 100 employees

RSM UK's acquisition of First Hosted Limited has created Europe's largest NetSuite partner, according to RSM COO David Gwilliam.

The auditing firm announced the takeover of Crewe-based FHL earlier today, creating a collective team of 100.

"We are delighted to announce the FHL acquisition and welcome their market-leading NetSuite team into the wider RSM family," Gwilliam said.

"The prospects for this expanded offering are very exciting indeed.

"Being the UK and Europe's largest and leading NetSuite provider significantly strengthens our capability to provide clients with a broader spectrum of business systems services and solutions."

FHL will continue to trade under its own name following the acquisition.
