'It's not every day you get the US president and the PM using your WiFi'

Oxfordshire-based reseller reveals it installed an Aerohive WiFi network at Blenheim Palace three years ago

Oxford-based Lan3 has claimed one of its WiFi solutions kept two high-profile guests connected yesterday, when Blenheim Palace hosted Theresa May and Donald Trump.

Lan3's office is located close to Blenheim Palace, according to head of marketing Paul Sweeney, who said the firm installed an Aerohive WiFi network at the country house three years ago.

The company tweeted: "It's not every day you get the US president Donald Trump (pictured) and the prime minister Theresa May using your solution! Enjoy your dinner at Blenheim Palace and the excellent wireless."

Sweeney also tweeted from his personal account (see below).

"From a UK perspective I appreciate he divides opinion, but the title of American president itself is really prestigious," Sweeney told CRN.

Trump did tweet from his account at 6:52pm yesterday, but failed to specify which WiFi network he was using.
