IBM partner Tectrade adds management might
New CMO and managed services head for Godalming-based data storage specialist
IBM and Dell EMC partner Tectrade has bolstered its management team following a double-digit growth spurt.
The data storage, protection and recovery specialist has appointed Marie Clutterbuck (pictured) as CMO and Lee Woods as head of managed services.
The former counts stints at BAE and Siemens on her CV, while the latter joins from hosting provider Rackspace. The duo have 20 years' industry experience each.
Godalming-based Tectrade claims it has enjoyed two consecutive years of double-digit growth. Its most recently filed results on Companies House show group revenue for the year to 31 March 2017 hitting £30.1m, and group EBITDA hitting £1.93m.
During the year it ploughed on with a vendor diversification programme that has seen it move beyond its core focus on IBM by working more with the likes of Dell EMC.
Tectrade said the appointments coincide with a brand refresh and enhanced services portfolio "designed to reposition Tectrade for accelerated growth".
"Data is the DNA of any business and at Tectrade we make it our mission to protect, store and recover it," said Tectrade CEO Alex Fagioli. "In my 20 years with the company I've seen it grow from strength to strength with double digit growth in the last year. We are delighted to have Marie and Lee on board and look forward to receiving the benefit of their experience, expertise and passion as we collectively drive the company forward to reach its full potential."
