Jane Ashworth has been appointed channel director at Lenovo, taking over from Andy Bass who departed last month.
Ashworth (pictured), who was previously UK MD at SMART, joins with a mandate to boost sales in Lenovo's UK SMB business.
She said: "I am thrilled to be joining Lenovo which is such an innovative company and at a pivotal time in its performance journey.

"Lenovo is a strong, dynamic company with an enviable product portfolio and talented team. The refreshed channel programmes are helping to streamline processes for channel partners and I'm excited about joining the company and supporting Lenovo's ambition to grow the business alongside our channel partners."
Prior to her spell at SMART, Ashworth held a commercial sales manager role at the original Hewlett Packard, and was also general manager at Sony.
Bass departed after a three-year spell with the vendor.
