International expansion drives up Agilitas' revenue

Services firm sees revenue increase 23 per cent

Agilitas' international expansion drove sales up by almost a quarter in its last financial year, according to CEO Shaun Lynn.

The firm saw revenue for the year ending 31 March 2018 rise 23 per cent year-on-year to £9.5m, while net profit climbed 138 per cent to over £1m.

Agilitas attributes the growth to an increasing number of channel customers, and claims to now trade in over 60 countries - an 80 per cent increase in the past 12 months.

Shaun Lynn, Agilitas CEO, said: "Agilitas is continuously delivering fantastic year-on-year results, which is a reflection of the team's great performance and continued commitment - we are confident we can continue this upwards momentum in FY19.

"This growth is the result of Agilitas delivering world-class services' solutions for customers on both a UK and global scale.

"Our ever-expanding services portfolio is making our proposition increasingly attractive to more and more channel businesses who are looking to remain relevant to their end user customers by delivering ‘best-of-breed' solutions."

The Nottingham-based services provider formed a global partnership with IBM earlier this year.

The deal sees it resell IBM services to partners at a reduced cost, which it claims provides an end-to-end inventory and engineering solution to channel partners.
