The rise of the global 'super VARs'

Is reselling and servicing IT becoming more of a global game? An increasingly powerful international elite can be identified in Top VARs 2018

CRN Top VARs 2018 has an increasingly international feel to it as overseas players continue to flood into the UK market.

Some 23 of this year's crop are headquartered outside the UK, with eight based in the US alone (see below).

The business of selling and servicing technology is, arguably, becoming more of a global game, leading to the emergence of a new ‘super-VAR' elite. The graph below shows the current annual revenues of some of the leading global players, and how much of their revenue they generate from the UK.
