Agilitas tees off partnership with British Open golf champion
Inventory management firm announces women's golf champion as new brand ambassador
Golf star and reigning Women's British Open champion Georgia Hall has joined Agilitas as a brand ambassador.
Hall (pictured) became the youngest player to win consecutive Ladies European Tour (LET) Orders of Merit at the age of 22, and is currently ranked eighth in the world. She also won The Sunday Times' Young Sportswoman 2018.
Shaun Lynn, Agilitas CEO, said: "Like the Agilitas journey over the past few years, Georgia continues to go from strength to strength and demonstrates values akin to Agilitas in terms of professionalism, determination and [being] a leader in her field.
"Her global profile is very much aligned with our international business and we look forward to building a long-lasting alliance as Georgia continues to represent her country on a global stage."
As part of her duties, Hall will host the company's annual partner Golf Day in July, as well as sport the company logo during her LPGA and LET appearances this year.
"We believe that encouraging young, talented people to follow their ambitions, and assisting them along the way, is so important," Lynn said.
"This is why we are so proud to be supporting Georgia Hall, who champions and inspires young people in both golf and sport as a whole.
"This is very much aligned to our approach in providing opportunities for young people through our apprenticeship and graduate schemes."
The golfer stated that she was excited about her partnership with Agilitas, adding that her own aspirations were reflected in that of her new sponsor's.
"From our initial discussions it was clear to see that the ambitions I have in sport are shared by Agilitas, in terms of a desire to succeed and continuously raise the bar as innovators in our respective fields," she said.
"As part of this newly formed partnership I look forward to building a strong relationship with the Agilitas team as we embark on this new chapter together."
