CPI picks out the key themes from this year's AWS London Summit at the ExCeL Centre

CRN sister publication Channel Partner Insight dropped in on AWS Summit London yesterday to explore the key takeaways for partners.

At the event, Microsoft's VP of cloud computing, Matt Garman, was critical of other hyperscalers for locking in customers. AWS's open source database, Aurora, is now the fastest-growing service in the comapany's, he said.

Machine learning was also high on the agenda as AWS claimed it is doing more than anyone else to make machine learning accessible to customers and partners.
