Manchester-based event takes place this Wednesday
MSP North is now less than two weeks away and is completely free for MSPs and resellers to attend. You can register here. The full agenda can be found here.
Here are six reasons to join us in Manchester on 26 June:
- It's not in London
Our event programme has been criticised in the past for being too London-centric, and it's a fair cop. In Manchester-based MSP North, we now have an event that's on the doorstep of firms based in the north of England.
- It's a networking haven for MSPs
MSP North will be chock full of MSPs and suppliers, and the morning, lunch and afternoon breaks will offer attendees a chance to catch up with peers and suppliers, share best practices and swap horror stories. The prospect of new partnerships and deals could mean this is also the most valuable event you attend this year.
- The event has been refreshed
This year we have upped our game to bring you a day of compelling content. This includes keynotes from the CEOs of two of Manchester's top tech firms in the form of UKFast's Lawrence Jones MBE and ANS's Paul Shannon.
Jones will be dispensing his top tips on how to build a successful tech business. Shannon and ANS CTO Andy Barrow, meanwhile, will be sharing the ups and downs of ANS' journey from hardware supplier to public cloud migration specialist.
- Watch MSPs face off on the hottest topics
Whether or not MSPs should outsource core services to a master MSP is the topic de jour in managed services. Other MSPs, meanwhile, have moved elements of their service desk offshore. We will be unpicking these emotive issues with Air-IT CEO Todd McQuilkin and Amicus ITS director JP Norman.
- Learn how to maximise the value of your business
The recurring revenue streams inherent in managed services has made it an attractive space for private equity firms, with more and more MSPs securing investment from the likes of LDC, Livingbridge and BGF to help them grow.
We have assembled a panel of four private equity bigwigs who will be issuing advice on how MSPs can maximise the value of their business in their eyes. They will also be answering your questions on the pros and cons of taking on outside investment.
6. Bag killer tips on marketing in a post-GDPR world
GDPR has forced tech suppliers to be more creative about how they get in front of customers. A panel of experts will be offering their pro tips on how MSPs can stand out in a world where customers no longer respond to cold calls and emails.
