UK's top 15 audiovisual integrators break £400m revenue barrier
Latest report from CRN Essential looks at the key trends affecting the audiovisual channel
The top 15 UK audiovisual integrators tracked by CRN smashed through £400m in collective revenues in their most recent financial years as customers continued to spend heavily on AV kit and services.
That's according to the 2019 Audiovisual Integrator Report, exclusively available here to CRN Essential subscribers.
The professional AV market is set to grow from $186bn (£147bn) to $230bn between 2018 and 2022, according to IHS Markit.
That was reflected in buoyant sales growth among the top 15 specialist AV integrators profiled in this report, who saw their collective top line swell by 11.5 per cent to £405m in their most recent financial years on record.
The AV Integrator Report examines the key players, the trends affecting their businesses and the growth hotspots they are pursuing.
The engineering-heavy, bespoke nature of designing and installing AV technology hasn't always sat naturally with an IT channel used to much lighter-touch, repeatable business.
But there are signs that all this could change in the coming years as AV and IT convergence accelerates.
