Logicalis COO takes on chief exec mantle
Robert Bailkoski will take the reins from 1 March next year
Global IT provider Logicalis has continued its restructuring with the appointment of a new chief executive.
Current COO Robert Bailkoski (pictured) will take the helm on 1 March 2020, at which point incumbent boss Mark Rogers will take a non-executive director role.
He has spent 13 years at Logicalis and oversaw a period in which sales more than doubled to $1.7bn. He has also taken the firm into 15 new countries.
Rogers said: "I'm very proud of what we've accomplished together during this time, and confident that Logicalis is very well-positioned to keep designing and delivering customers' digital transformation."
Logicalis' parent company Datatec, which also owns Westcon International, announced its H1 results last week, with group revenue up three per cent year on year to $2.06bn. Sales for Logicalis increased one per cent to $779.9m.
