ConnectWise on topping the 2019 CRN Vendor Report: "It's all about engagement"

ConnectWise bested 41 other vendors to top the 2019 CRN Vendor Report's overall rankings

ConnectWise topped CRN's 2019 Vendor Report, finishing first out of 42 vendors not only for overall 'Core Services', but also three of the four individual categories - namely Technology Leadership, Channel Strategy & Account Management, and Training & Accreditation.

The firm, which specialises in business optimisation and monetisation for global IT solution providers, also finished top in the Satisfaction Index.

We asked Gregg Lalle, SVP of international sales at ConnectWise, to sit down and share his thoughts on the vendor's approach to the market and its value proposition to the channel community.

"We've been on a mission for years; this isn't new to us. So to see our ratings validated at each of those levels throughout those separate curiricula is validation of the work we've done over many years," he says in the video, which can be viewed above.
