Top channel execs discuss importance of having dedicated diversity-focused events

CRN teamed up with Lenovo for International Women’s Day 2020 for an evening of discussion with ten of the channel’s top execs

As part of International Women's Day 2020, CRN and Lenovo once again collaborated to host an exclusive dinner at the City Social restaurant, located in London's Tower 42.

Ten of the channel's senior execs came together to discuss pressing matters on the topic of gender diversity, including how to recruit young women into the channel, what can be done to ensure retention of their top female talent and how to drive the conversation forward further.

Those in attendance were: Jane Ashworth (Lenovo), Penny Williams (CDW), Karen McInerney (Computacenter), Anushka Davies (Softcat), Alex Tatham (Westcoast), Yvonne Matzk (CDW), Fiona O'Brien (Lenovo), Michelle Black (Computacenter), Darren Spence (Boost Performance) and Lisa Ergun (Lenovo).
