Managed print specialist DMC makes fourth acquisition of the year
Firm claims to be at £70m annual sales
Print specialist DMC has made its fourth acquisition of the year in the form of Leemic.
Leemic is a managed print provider with annual sales of £3.5m, DMC said, with the addition of the firm taking the group's revenue to £70m.
The business will become part of DMC's northern region, headed up by regional managing director Warren Colby.
DMC CEO Simon Davey said: "Warren and I want to expand our presence in the North with high-quality acquisitions and Leemic absolutely meets these criteria, with the same customer-centric values and excellent OEM relationships."
The acquisition of Leemic is DMC's fourth of the year, having announced a hat-trick of deals in January.
It has also made a string of acquisitions in previous years and took on private equity funding from Horizon in 2018.
Horizon partner Luke Kingston said: "Leemic is a high-quality and well-respected operator and a great addition to the DMC Group. We look forward to continuing to support DMC as it executes its strategy to consolidate the fragmented MPS sector as the leading B2B document service provider."
