Developing remote recruitment and training systems are just two ways partners have taken advantage of lockdown, according to the MDs of Softcat and CCS Media.
Despite the challenges that come with the resellers' workforce being dispersed, both Hardy and Brown said that there have been opportunities to improve operations in ways that they may not have considered before lockdown forced a rethink.
Hardy (pictured, left) said that CCS Media has been delivering training and enablement virtually - something that the business may not have done before, while Brown (pictured, centre) said that Softcat has been able to accelerate plans to introduce a virtual element to its on-boarding process.
