Resellers land spots on £260m education framework
Hardware framework will enable the supply of Desktop PCs and portable devices
A host of resellers have won spots on a hardware framework valued at £260m.
The ICT Hardware and Peripherals Equipment, run by the Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC), is split into five Lots and runs to 30 June 2022.
The five Lots are: Desktop PCs; Portable Devices; Peripherals; Apple; and Multi-Purpose.
Resellers on the framework include Centerprise, CCS Media, Academia and Stone. A full list of the suppliers on each Lot can be found below.
Centerprise, which won a place on three of the five Lots, said the framework's predecessor saved education institutions an average of almost 19 per cent.
Jon Elliott, government director at Centerprise, said: "We are delighted to cement our position as a key supplier to education and the public sector by picking up a place on this prestigious framework.
"Our place on this framework, and the rigorous scoring and auditing process that accompanies it, provides validation for schools, colleges and multi-academy trusts of Centerprise's 35 year heritage in supply high quality products and innovative services.
"We have invested significantly in growing our education division, including setting up a new sales office in the Midlands and adding new faces to our account management, services and project delivery teams."
CPC has 7196 members across the UK.
