Exertis managing director Gerry O'Keeffe has left the distie, taking up a role Brightstar Corporation.
O'Keeffe had been managing director of Exertis International since August 2018, having previously been MD for the UK and Ireland business.
He has taken the role of EV president for Europe at Brightstar, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Exertis had announced the appointment of a new MD for Exertis International in May, with Clive Fitzharris taking the role.
Fitzharris was previously head of group strategy and development at Exertis' parent company DCC.
At the time Exertis group managing director Tim Griffin said: "I am delighted to announce the key appointments across our international business.
"Despite the challenging times we are navigating at the present, they reflect the evolution of our business, as we continue to increase our global presence."
Fitzharris added: "I am delighted to join DCC Technology and look forward to leading and driving our global ambitions.
"We have a great team of highly experienced leaders committed to delivering for our partners and committed to international expansion."
